After creating the pitch deck for the Black Girl Training Team, I took on the challenge of updating their website to match. This project reaffirmed the importance of research for me. The clients wanted the website to be inspired by 90s hip-hop culture, an area I wasn't very familiar with. However, by diving into 90s fashion, music videos, and album art, I was able to blend the 90s influence with a modern, feminine style. The result was a unique and vibrant website that perfectly captured the essence of the Black Girl Training Team.
